A trend of hyper-local news stations and websites is hitting the UK -- two journalists leading the way in this new phenomenon share their thoughts with Middlesex University London students in the latest edition of the Broadcasting Today series, led by Professor Kurt Barling.

Broadcasting Today is filmed and produced by Middlesex University media students at the University's state-of-the-art studios.
