# 188 - Theodore Roosevelt - Inspiring Quotes. In todays episode I continue with quotes from the 26th President of the US, Theodore Roosevelt. Teddy, as he was known was born in 1858, 100 years before me, so I fee a bit of affinity with him.

He was a bit of a larrakin and a cowboy and healed himself from heath issues when he was young.

This quote sums up his attitude and his belief in taking responsibility for your own life:
