Business by desire | Jempi Moens | TEDxRoermond

video thumbnail
With his TED Talk about ‘Business by desire’, Jempi would like to raise awareness and inspire people to work less from fear and more from energy, strength and a meaningful dream or a joint desire.

His story combines theoretical knowledge with insights and relevant practical experience. Not the standard examples that everyone cites, but cases that are recent and ‘lived’.

Jempi Moens (Vilvoorde, 1961) studied Clinical Psychology at the Royal University of Leuven/Antwerpen (Belgium), where he graduated in 1983. He earned an MBA in marketing management at the Vlerick School, Gent (1989-1991).

In 2001 Jempi founded Fresh Forward, a creative consultancy agency with ‘Imagine the next level’ as a motto. Fresh Forward believes that every Brand or Company can always transform to their Next Level. For this Fresh Forward has unique innovative methods and knowledge to solve complex Business & Brand challenges. One of those tools is ‘Futurise’, a scientific theory developed with the University of Gent, which provides insight into social trends and developments.

This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organized by a local community. Learn more at http://ted.com/tedx
