In today’s video I cover what’s it’s like to use Apple Fitness+ and the Peloton ecosystem of Apps and hardware. Each has it own positive and negatives and will be right for different people. Both Apple Fitness+ and Peloton Digital have a vast selection of home workout to choose from from. Both let you use you own equipment to complete each workout. While the actual Peloton Bike and Tread are more advanced, and expensive, home fitness options.
