Mighty Zinger

Ingredients for Chicken Marination:
Boneless Thigh Piece 1 kg
Red Chili Powder 2 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp / to taste
Mustard Paste 1 tbsp
Lemon Juice 2 tbsp
Black Pepper Powder 1 tsp
Garlic Powder 1 tbsp
Paprika powder 1 tbsp

Ingredients for Flour Mixture:
All-purpose flour 2 cups
Corn Flour 1 cup
Red Chili Powder 1 tbsp
Salt 1/2 tsp / to taste
Paprika Powder 1 tbsp
Baking Powder 1 tsp
Lemon juice 2 tbsp
Milk 2 cups

Ingredients for Crispy Chicken:
Marinated chicken
Flour mixture
All-purpose flour as required
Chilled water as required
Oil (for frying) as required

Ingredients for Mayo Mustard Sauce:
Mayonnaise 1 cup
Tabasco Sauce 2 tbsp
Chili Sauce 1/4 cup
Mustard Sauce 1 tbsp

Ingredients for Assembling:
Burger buns
Crispy chicken (2 per burger)
Mayo mustard sauce as required
Lettuce leaves as required
Iceberg lettuce as required
Cheddar cheese slices as required

Directions for Chicken Boneless Thigh Marination:
1. In a bowl add thigh pieces and add red chili powder, salt, mustard paste, lemon juice, black pepper, paprika powder and garlic powder. Mix it a well.
Directions Flour Mixture Preparation:
2. In a bowl add flour, corn flour, red chili powder, salt, paprika powder and baking powder. Add lemon juice, milk and mix it well.
Directions for Mayo Mustard Sauce:
3. In a bowl add mayo, tabasco sauce, chili sauce and mustard paste and mix it well. Your Mayo Mustard Sauce is ready.
Directions for Might Zinger:
4. Take the marinated thigh pieces coat them in the flour batter, coat again in dry flour properly, shake off excess flour. Dip in a bowl of chilled water for 2 seconds and then coat again in dry flour. Shake off excess flour.
5. Then deep fry the coated thigh pieces over medium to high flame for 10-12 minutes.
6. Now spread the mayo sauce on the buns, put iceberg lettuce on it, put the prepared chicken piece, add cheese slice, another chicken piece, cheese slice and lettuce leaf. Drizzle mayo mustard sauce on top and place the top burger bun.
7. Your Mighty Zinger is ready. Serve and enjoy.
