This weight loss challenge is very sweaty and high calorie burning total body workout! Incorporating cardio and strength training with yoga is a superb way to stay completely fit. Cardio will keep your heart healthy, strength training will keep your muscles and joints strong, yoga will keep you lean and prevent injury in the other two areas. I'm using set of 8 lbs dumbbells today.
