Operation Dudula leader Nhlanhla 'Lux' Dlamini is expected to appear in the Roodepoort Magistrate's Court today for a bail application. Dlamini, who was arrested last Thursday evening, faces charges including malicious damage to property. Soweto resident Victor Ramerafe opened the case against Dlamini and Operation Dudula members after they allegedly ransacked his house.
