The 2023 CrossFit® Open is here and the first workout has been released! The 23.1 open workout is a total surprise with a 14 AMRAP of 60 cal row, 50 T2B, 40 wall balls, 30 cleans and 20 ring muscle ups.
This year’s Open has come out with a bang with a repeat workout from 14.4 and the ring muscle ups making an appearance in round 1. Dave Castro and Adrian Bozman are here to put on a show and entertain us with programming like we’ve never seen before. The 23.1 high volume rep range for toes-to-bar and ring muscle ups will certainly split the pack up from the start, it’s important to learn from past mistakes with a good plan of attack.
