in this video advocate yogesh aggarwal explaining how you can recover money after wining the civil case
in money recovery. in the court of law when you win the case of money recovery against any person and that
person is not ready to give you money after lossing the said case and he idealy siting at his house and not
responding then you have to file an execution case agains the said person. now you are thinknig that when you
won the case in the court of law then why you have to file another case. these case are not a case like where
evidences are lead and thereafer judge or megistrate pronouce the judgement here this court is only concern about
your money and when you file execution case of your money then court will notice the person who would be called
judgement debtor in the said case and you are called as decree holder and thereafter court asked the judgement debtor
to deposit the money and if he denied for the same then court can atttach his or her movable and immovable property and
if the money of your case is recovered after the attachment then court can order of warrent of arrest and send that person into
the civil jail for 3 months.
