Prime Minister John Key has confirmed he will attend Waitangi on Friday and have speaking rights. Mr Key says he has confirmed these arrangements with marae committee trustees, but that has caused anger from those who voted to ban him from the marae, and they've vowed to protest strongly when he arrives.
