I am excited for today's guest, Coach Chad Carson. A lot of folks that are in the real estate world have probably heard of him. But there are two things I really love about Chad. The first is, he is just a nice, genuine guy. It is rare to find someone that is so authentic nowadays. The second is, he has been in the real estate game since the early 2000s. A lot of folks have had success over the past 5 or 6 years, but they have had the advantage of working in a rising market. Where Chad has over 15 years of investing experience. He had success in the early 2000s, he survived through the great recession. And has had even more success since then. This track record gives him so much credibility. It's these two reasons why I wanted to have him as our first ever guest.

We will talk about what is house hacking, and hear about how he got started in real estate. He shares about how he went from living in a friend's room to buying a single-family home to live in. Then he shares how he realized living in a traditional home was holding him back financial which caused him to do a small multifamily house hack. We talk about geo-arbitrage, to giant goals for giving back, to where he is at present and how he is building out an income suite in his current home.
