Bike fitting and biomechanical tuning have been very helpful for me and Nikki, our posture have improved and we're now biking with less discomfort. Thanks to coach Leian and Tommy for helping us and sharing their knowledge as well. We've learned a lot during this session. I know we still have so much to improve, yet this will be a good start for us. I'm loving cycling even more and I can't wait to meet the other members of the CRZ community.
