One of my favourite track from my favourite movie and it was an amazing experience recreating the melody and the chords with the beautiful strings brilliantly done by Hans Zimmer. I have tried my best to adopt the original articulations and sounds but i guess this is the maximum i could do. Its not exactly identical but i guess i have tried to capture the things i felt mesmerizing about this track. One of the attractions and also the reason i was able to complete this quickly (took me 2 days) was the simple melody.
Its quite amazing to see simple melodies like this without much complexities such as crazy chord progressions, scale changes and audio modulations as in current day classic edm, translating listeners to a state undescribable with words. And again Oogway is my favourite character and an inspiration in life for he represents to me the wise taoist master with knowledge and wisdom in every word he speaks. And that is the reason why i tried to include one of his dialogues in between in order to truly make the music work. I literally cried when i first heard this track and that was a few years ago but then i didnt know about music or how to make it and that emotion to me is the reason why i make and enjoy music.
