BJP national spokesperson Gaurav Bhatia asked whether the arrest of Punjab Congress MLA Sukhpal Singh Khaira was part of a political vendetta, while countering AAP MP Sanjay Singh's charge that he was targeted. Sanjay Singh was arrested on Wednesday in connection with the Delhi excise policy case. "Chandrababu Naidu was arrested by the police there in the state. Is it a political vendetta?" he added.

National Spokesperson for the Congress, Supriya Shrinate asked what was the contribution of Prime Minister Narendra Modi in the success of the G20 Summit, the Chandrayaan-2 mission and the increase in medals won by Indian sportspersons. "G20 was a rotational presidency. The reality is, when the G20 was organised in Delhi, you had to erect tall towers to cover the poor. The reality is, Chandrayaan was a combined effort of our scientists, technicians, researchers. The reality is the sportpersons are doing really well given their own contribution," said Shrinate.

Priyanka Chaturvedi took a jibe at the ruling alliance in Maharashtra and asked whether they were aware Ajit Pawar was joining their ranks.
