Studies showed, only less than 30% of students will end up working in a profession that they studied for in their university period. So, what is the reason behind this? As someone who called as "head-hunter", this talk will explain to find your true calling when looking for a job.

Low Fang Kai has 15 years of combined corporate and executive search experience, both local and regional exposure. Founded VHR Consultancy --- a multiple awards winning recruitment agency --- in Dec 2012. He had also set up MRI Executive Search (Indonesia) and worked as Country Director. Prior to that, he started working as Sales Engineer at aged 21 and gradually found himself as a Country Manager based in Thailand for a Public-Listed-Company, at the age of 29 years old.
