Almighty, forgive me! This is my humble request to you

میں نافرمان ہوں اُس پر !جفا کاری مرا شیوہ
I am disobedient, unfaithfulness is my trait

تری رحمت کا عالم یہ! وفا داری ترا شیوہ
But Your kindness is such that you are always sincere

ندامت عاصیوں کے واسطے انمول نعمت ہے
Regret is a priceless blessing for the hopeful ones

مرے سامع! مری فریاد سن! اس میں ندامت ہے
My Listener! Hear my please! They are full of regret


ثنائے کِردگاری میں ہوئی ہیں اشک بار آنکھیں
My eyes have become teary by reciting the Creator's praise

چٙھٹی ہے ظلمتِ دل ہو گئی ہیں تابدار آنکھیں
The cruelty was moved away from my heart, and my eyes have lit up

الہی تو خلوصِ عشق کی دولت عطا کر دے
Almighty! Bless me with the sincerity of love

اصولِ عاشقی میں شدت و رفعت عطا کر دے
Make me strongly steadfast on the principles of Your love


رفو گر تُو مرے چھلنی زدہ دل کو رفو کر دے
You are the one who mends, please mend my ravished heart

تیرے سائل کا کرنا کیا ہے جو چاہے وہ تُو کر دے
Your beggar can demand nothing, bless him with what You will

تری دنیا میں کھو کر کس قدر نقصان پایا ہے
Having lost in Your world is indeed the greatest loss

معافی ہو نزی نے اب ترا در کھٹکھٹایا ہے
But Nazi now knocks at your door, grant him forgiveness, Almighty!
