We made a delicious Spanakopita, which is Greek Spinach and Ricotta Pie Recipe. We made a large one in the Kmart Family Pie Maker and also some smaller ones in the Sunbeam Pie Magic 4. This recipe is so versatile. Tastes amazing and even the kids will enjoy Spinach. The Spinach to cheese recipe is quite low but its a great way to get the whole family to try something new and its crazy simple and cooks super fast. We do Hope you give it a try.
