RUNNING a HALF MARATHON as part of My LONDON Marathon training in 2 weeks |

I almost always run a Half Marathon 2-3 weeks before Marathon Race day. This time I had competed on the Monday before (10k in 41:35) and then on Wednesday I ran a long run of 3 hours, to get close to the feeling I will have during the latter part of the marathon when my legs will start to get fatigue.
