2 lb (900g) pork shoulder 猪上肩肉
2 tbsp cooking wine 料酒
2 tbsp soy sauce 酱油
1 tbsp dark soy sauce 老抽
1/2 tbsp salt 盐
Tsaoko 草果
Sichuan peppercorn 花椒
Nutmeg 肉蔻
Cinnamon 桂皮
Star anise 八角
Bay leaves 香叶
Garlic 蒜
Ginger 姜
Green onion 葱
Dried chili 干辣椒
Potato 土豆
Chicken broth 鸡汤
