When using this method you hold down the button to access the krypt and DON'T LET GO UNTIL YOU WALK UP TO THE HEAD AND ANIMATION HAPPENS! Once the animation appears you can let go. (on play station it is X. Xbox is A). Simple!

If it doesn't work then it has been patched or you didn't do it correctly.
