I always enjoy shooting the stars at longer focal lengths but it's not always an easy thing to do. But as we progress through the year, the galactic core is much lower in the sky and this enables a great composition with a foreground subject of interest.
Today we shoot the milky way at 50mm and I'm delighted with the results. As always I'll be pleased to chat further in the comments below.
