Recipe in English:

Ingredients:
-Gajar (Carrot) cubes 1 Cup
-Corn kernels boiled ½ Cup
-Shimla mirch (Capsicum) ½ Cup
-Matar (Peas) 1 Cup
-Cooking oil 1 tsp
-Aloo (Potatoes) boiled 4 medium
-Lehsan powder (Garlic powder) 1 tsp
-Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste
-Onion powder ½ tsp
-Safed mirch powder (White pepper powder) ½ tsp
-Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed ½ tsp
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tsp
-Mixed herbs 1 tsp
-Maida (All-purpose flour) ½ Cup
-Water 1 Cup
-Breadcrumbs 1 Cup or as required
-Cooking oil for frying
-Non-stick spray

Directions:
-In a chopper,carrot,corn kernels,capsicum,peas,chop coarsely & set aside.
-In a frying pan,add cooking oil,chopped vegetables & cook on medium flame for 2-3 minutes.
-Let it cool.
-In a bowl,add potatoes & mash well with the help of masher.
-Add sauteed vegetables,garlic powder,salt,onion powder,white pepper powder,red chilli crushed, black pepper powder,mixed herbs & mix until well combined.
-Spread cling film on a working surface,place a square mold or tray to set the mixture,add prepared mixture (100g) & set evenly.
-Remove mold & cut into four pieces (1.5-inch size).
-In a bowl,add all-purpose flour,water & mix well.
-Now dip vegetable nuggets in flour slurry & coat with breadcrumbs then again dip in flour slurry & coat with breadcrumbs (makes 28-10).
-Can be stored in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks in freezer.
Option # 1: Deep Fry
-In a wok,heat cooking oil & fry on medium flame until golden.
Option # 2: Air Fry
-Spray non-stick spray & air fry in preheated air fryer at 180C for 15-18 minutes.
-Serve with tomato ketchup!

-Chopper mein gajar,corn kernels,shimla mirch aur matar dal ker coarsely chop ker lein & sde per rakh dein.
-Frying pan mein cooking oil aur chopped vegetables dal dein aur darmiyani ancch per 2-3 minutes liya paka lein.
-Thanda ker lein.
-Bowl mein aloo dal dein aur masher ki madad sa ache tarhan mash ker lein.
-Sauteed vegetables,lehsan powder,namak,onion powder,safed mirch powder,lal mirch crushed,kali mirch powder aur mixed herbs dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Working surface per cling film laga lein,square mold or tray rakh ker tayyar mixture (100g) dal dein aur evenly pheela lein.
-Mold ko hata lein aur four pieces mein cut ker lein (1.5-inch size).
-Bowl mein maida aur pani dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Ab vegetable nuggets ko flour slurry mein dip karein aur breadcrumbs mein coat ker lein phir dubara flour slurry mein dip ker ka breadcrumbs mein coat ker lein (makes 28-10).
-Airtight container mein dal ker 2 weeks kliya freezer mein store ker saktay han.
Option # 1: Deep Fry
-Karahi mein cooking oil garam karein aur darmiyani ancch per golden ho janay tak fry ker lein.
Option # 2: Air Fry
-Non-stick spray karein & preheated air fryer mein 180C per 15-18 minutes kliya air fry ker lein.
-Tomato ketchup ka saath serve karein!
