The USB drive type should be formatted as exFAT (can transfer larger sized videos) or FAT 32 for videos under 4GB. Drives can be formatted directly through your computer (backup data before formatting)

Supported File Types
Music ➤ MP3, M4A, 3GP, 3GP2, OGG, and AAC
Videos ➤ H.264 encoding as MP4, MOV, M4V
Images ➤ PNG and JPG
Sound FX ➤ WAV

The files must be in the following directory: SHAREFACTORY/Music OR Images OR Videos, etc.
