What's going on guys? This is VinylicPuma, back with another Fallout 4 video and today, I figured I could do a Build video! More specifically, I figured I could go over what I might do if I were to put together a build for Sniping. In this video, I'll go over a couple of different aspects for my Sniper Build, including what Special Starting Stats to take, what kinds of Perks your going to want to get and most importantly, what Sniper Rifles tend to be the best in the game. All of this will cover Survival as well.
