Residents at Ward 10 in Seshego outside Polokwane in Limpopo are expected to cast their votes this morning in a by-election. This after the previous EFF ward councilor, Jacob Seshoka was arrested and is standing trial for alleged possession of stolen firearms, ammunition and explosives.

The IEC commenced with special voters on Tuesday.
