Tainui leader Rahui Papa is opposing the removal of water from New Zealand to sell overseas as bottled water. A petition signed by 17,000 people asking for a moratorium on water sales offshore reached parliament today, but as Ripeka Timutimu reports, it could fall on deaf ears.
