Former rugby player Ed Jackson broke his neck and spine after diving into the shallow end of a swimming pool.

Now he's become the first quadriplegic to reach a summit of seven thousand metres, by climbing Mount Himlung Himal in Nepal.

He told Kay Burley how after his accident he became focussed on what he could do, rather than what he couldn't.

He founded the charity Millimetres 2 Mountains, to spread the inspirational power of nature.
