Sir Arthur Lewis is famous for his concept of "Lewis Turning Point." I have several reasons for reading the full paper here in a series of videos.

1. He is the first non-Caucasian person that received Nobel Prize in Economics
2. Personally, Lewis turning point was such an inspirational concept that my Father used this concept extensively in his textbook of Korean Industrial Relations (한국노사관계 1987).
3. The paper is has no math formula, and can be read easily.
