After a terrible season, the Lakers decided to fire Frank Vogel as head coach.
Vogel's first year as head coach of the Lakers saw through a very successful year culminating in winning the NBA championship. Unfortunately, in his second year as head coach the Lakers got bounced out of the playoffs in the first round and this year they couldn't even get into the playoffs. The Lakers need more important adjustments to turn the franchise around.
