Todays vid is a tutorial on how to make fake nails out of cornstarch and how to remove them! The end result was really pretty (even better if you paint them) and looks like acrylic nails💘. Its cheap🤑, easy and fun to do! Also they last up to 3 weeks!

TOP TIPS: ✔
1) Use nail glue throughout as it dries hard and dries quick.
2)Coat them in a couple layers of clear nail polish to make them waterproof and last longer (make sure u do the back of the extention too)
3)Paint them with gel polish to make them look more professional.
4)If you don't have cornstarch you can use flour, cornflour, baby powder or baking soda.
5)Use a plastic bottle, cup, tea bag or tissue to create a nail tip if you don't have any.
6) Sift the cornstarch for a smoother look and less filing.

REMOVAL: 💅🏽
1)Trim off the extention.
2) File down the nail as close to ur natural nail as possible. Try to avoid filing your natural nail.
3) Apply either acetone or nail polish remover to a cotton pad and soak your nails. Leave it on for 15 minutes and then gently scrape off the excess. (If you used gel, you need to use acetone to remove it.)
4) Re-hydrate your nails using some cuticle oil. If you dont have any try using coconut oil.
