1) Tuna pretzels:
INGREDIENTS
Rectangular puff pastry
Tuna
Cream cheese

METHOD
1. Mix tuna with cream cheese.
2. Divide the puff pastry into 3 equal strips.
3. Pour a little mixture on the long edge of each strip of puff pastry.
4. Roll up each strip and place them on a baking tray. Coat the strips with egg.
5. Cut the strip into pieces of 2 cm or so.
6. Bake for 15 minutes at 180ºC (356ºF).

2) Mini-calzones with tomato and cheese:
INGREDIENTS
puff pastry
tomato sauce
oregano
soft cheese

METHOD
1. Cut a puff pastry into circles.
2. Place the circles on a baking tray. Added a little tomato sauce to one end of each circle. Add cubes of cheese, and oregano and fold to close. Press with a fork and brush the pastries with egg.
3. Bake for 15 minutes at 180ºC (356ºF).

3) Breadsticks with stracchino and zucchini:
INGREDIENTS
puff pastry
grated zucchini
stracchino

METHOD
1. Spread stracchino cheese on half of a sheet of puff pastry.
2. Add grated zucchini and fold the puff pastry.
3. Cut the puff pastry into strips. Twist each strip and place it on a baking tray. Brush with egg.
4. Bake for 15 minutes at 180ºC (356ºF).

4) Rolls with ricotta and cooked ham:
INGREDIENTS
puff pastry
cottage cheese
cooked ham

METHOD
1. Spread cottage cheese all over a sheet of puff pastry. Add slices of ham on top of the cheese.
2. Roll up the puff pastry and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
3. Cut the roll into slices of approximately 2 cm and place it on a baking tray. Coat each piece with an egg.
4. Bake for 15 minutes at 180ºC (356ºF).
