In this video I show again what I eat. If for you only 2 meals a day are too little and you can not eat such large quantities at once, then of course that's totally ok. I will also make videos with 3 meals certainly again. Be there not too strict with you. Per meal I have here again 300g buckwheat (dry weight) - germinated for 2-3 days. An apple, half a lemon, 50g dates and about 10g spirulina powder. After that I eat about 50-100g fermented sauerkraut with 50g mung beans. Again, sprouted for 3 days or more. Then to finish I eat 25g of walnuts. I have the first meal around 12-14pm and the second between 6-20pm. Throughout the day I drink enough. If I get hungry during the day, I just eat some water rich fruits like grapes, oranges during the day. Can happen when you make a big hike and the consumption then becomes larger. Eat enough calories, your fruits, vegetables, your fats, your legumes and your grains and leave animal products and generally finished products out of your diet.
