Dhanush's father and popular Tamil film director Kasthuriraja joined BJP during party president Amit Shah's visit to Coimbatore on Thursday.

Kasthuri Raja’s son and actor Dhanush is married to Superstar Rajinikanth’s daughter Aishwarya. His elder son is Selvaraghavan, who too is a popular filmmaker.
