With net migration at its highest ever level, Sky News can reveal that some foreign students are entering the UK with no intention of leaving.

We have spoken to two men who openly admit they exploited the student visa route to get to Britain.

It comes as one immigration solicitor revealed the number of calls for help has gone up 50% over the last year.
