CNBC make it posted a video titled why working from home is here to stay, as soon as I saw that I felt compelled to make this video Why Working from home is NOT here to stay. Before I get into the reasons why working from home is not here to stay, I must first state that there are many pros to working from home, such as increased productivity for some as you can control your own space, having more time to spend with family, and also eliminating your commute (commutes are the worst)

The key reason why I believe that we all must go into the office is because life is all about people. At the end of the day, the people and relationships you have will be more meaningful that an amount of money you make. Working from home is nice but I believe being around other people create magic moments and better lifetime experience.
