INGREDIENTS
14 pieces of fresh prawns Extra virgin olive oil 1 lemon (juice) Curry Salt Pepper 1 roll of puff pastry Egg wash Sesame seeds METHOD 1. Clean the prawns and season them with extra virgin olive oil, lemon, curry, salt, and pepper and mix them all well. 2. Unroll the puff pastry on a cutting board and cut it into strips. Wrap cleaned prawns in puff pastry strips and transfer them to the baking tray covered with parchment paper. 3. Brush them with egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
