3 Mile INTENSE Lower Belly Fat Walking Workout

BAKED OATS RECIPE:
Ingredients:
1 Cup of rolled oats
3/4 Cup of milk
1 Banana
1 Egg
1tsp of baking powder/baking soda
1tsp of cinnamon
1tsp of vanilla extract/vanilla essence
2tbsp of honey or maple syrup
A pinch of salt
Chocolate chips, berries or nuts as toppings

Directions:
- Pre-heat oven to 190°C/375°F
- Put all ingredients (except for the toppings) into a blender.
- Blend until smooth (around 1 minute)
- Pour mixture into ramekins, muffin tray or brownie tray.
- Top with chocolate chips, berries or nuts.
- Bake for 30 minutes.
- ENJOY! :)
