If I were looking for funding on a new construction deal, the first thing I would do is pick up a copy of Susan Lassiter-Lyons’ book, Getting the Money(https://amzn.to/3trR9sY). She lays out exactly how to attract private money partners and how to package a deal. If you’ve got a great deal, you should certainly be able to find private lenders who want to work with you.
If private money isn’t your style, you could also check out companies like DLP Capital (https://dlpcapital.com) or Jasey Capital Group (https://www.jaseycapitalgroup.com). You may even want to approach a few local banks to see what they can offer.
