Nose surgery without tampons; If there is no problem at the airway and if we didn't do any intervention then there is no need for tampons, and we call it nose surgery without tampons. In some cases there is a need for tampons, an intervention is made to the airway. However, with the help of stitches instead of tampons, the surfaces that we call septum are prevented from swelling. However, this method is more traumatic than silicone tampons, we do not personally prefer. Therefore, if we intervened in the airway, we place the silicone tampons in order to show optimum recovery.
