In this video, I share 13 OMAD benefits from my 30 days experiment.


The 30 days of OMAD experiment is an excellent way to stress and reset your body’s metabolism. Improvement in health markers such as low blood sugar, low abdominal fat, and enhanced energy level are the most common benefits of OMAD. What surprised me most during my 30 days OMAD experiment was Autophagy, wherein your body gets rid of old cellular debris.

There are far more benefits you can expect from doing OMAD. The 13 OMAD benefits I mention in this video are only a tiny glimpse of what you can gain from OMAD. The benefits you experience on OMAD will be unique to you & your health situation. Anyone in decent health stands to gain from OMAD and Calorie Restriction.

The astonishing I found through this experiment was the 13 OMAD benefits don’t stop the day you end your 30-day experiment. You will continue to reap benefits in the days and weeks to follow.
