A graduate from Lady Irwin College, New Delhi, a distinction holder in German Language Two Year Program from the Max Mueller Bhawan (Goethe Institute), New Delhi and a post graduate in Finance from Symbiosis Institute of Management, her passion lies in adding value to the life of those around her and society at large.

During the pandemic, she started spreading the awareness on the same through online sessions and launched her Instagram handle "Mindful Living" that has now grown to 238k+ in just 24 months without any team or technical support or assistance.

She is also a skilled writer and a much appreciated blogger.

Her work now finds space in the leading newspapers like Times of India, Ht City , The Pioneer and media platforms like FICCI and Sipping Thoughts .
