Compilation of domino kapla failures. Some dominos were made entirely by myself, others in collaboration with Poutrelle (Channel: https://www.youtube.com/c/Poutrelle).

Explanation of failures:
0:00 Bridges too short and still immature propagation system (small gaps underneath the towers).
0:09 Forgot to put the counterweight on the trigger lever. The wheel is supposed to roll down the ramp, jump, and explode only when hitting the floor.
0:11 Sloppy construction caused by subcontracting part of the construction to members of the public (subcontracting was a convivial design choice for this public event).
0:22 Testing new unreliable rotating towers.
0:25 Dangerous stunt gone wrong.
0:28 Ineffective wall to trigger system connection.
0:35 Final using untested system (cardinal sin), towers were supposed to take out the entire construction, but broke appart while falling because they were way too tall.
0:41 The structure was so complicated and unstable, during the construction dominos at the top spontaneously started twice and collapsed the entire structure (the second time).
1:08 Trébuchets balls went through the wall instead of triggering it, collapsing part of the dungeon (final part) instead.
1:15 The "herring bone" was too compact and only poorly tested, only over about 20 centimeters.
1:22 Rudimentary/lazy tower triggering systems.
1:28 Interference from the domino above the wall, the two kapla at the base should have been knocked over.
1:35 Dangerous stunt gone wrong.
1:38 The wall on the left did not start and the structure started to collapse in the reverse direction. It could not completely destroy itself as it was not supposed to work this way.

1:54 Once again sh**ty trigger mechanisms
2:01 Again lazy tower triggering systems. The weight of the very high towers was stronger than the wishful thinking of the design.
2:14 Very cool high risk high reward design of top to bottom bridge slow cascade destruction, that needs all 4 towers to collapse to work. Trigger system not even installed on all towers. Most trigger system did not even work. Basically had 0 chance.

2:31 Despite lots of successful testing, the bridge structure behind the domino (not there during the tests) prevented the top kapla from toppling and triggering the downward inversion.
