I'm sure most people wish that someone would buy them a house. So that's what happened here and for better or worse it's one of the worst pieces of real estate I've ever seen but I think we could turn this into a profitable home flip. What would one expect as a 4 bed 1 bathroom, 1400 square foot home for a princely sum of $13500?

What's most shocking in this glorious real estate investment is the fact that it was purchased from a owner occupant, not as a foreclosure, tax sale, rental property, or some other type of distressed property. Just a regular, old, owner-occupied sale. The real estate agent, whom I've known for a long time assured me this was a smoking hot deal. I think there was another kind of smoking possibly going on, what do you think?
