A low-intensity earthquake hit the national capital on Sunday afternoon.

Mild tremors were felt in Delhi NCR for around three seconds, prompting people to rush out of their homes at some places. Tremors were also felt in Haryana's Rohtak, Jhajjar and Mahendragrh cities.

No loss of life or property was reported.
