Hey, ya'll! Today's video is YOGA FOR RHEUMATOID ARTHRITIS. From what I was reading, yoga can help those with Rheumatoid Arthritis to reduce inflammation & pain, improve mobility, & improve mental well-being (source: https://www.verywellhealth.com/yoga-for-rheumatoid-arthritis-5091606 ). The difficulty of this practice is unique to each individual & the severity of their condition, but it is a fairly gentle practice. We are using a couple props which are pillows & a chair, so grab those just in case you need them. Be sure to listen to your body & modify as needed.
