On the show today, we have the Shaolin Warrior Monk Harshh Verma. He is the first Indian in centuries to become a Shaolin monk at the actual Shaolin temple in China. Today, he is the founder of Shaolin Warrior Monk Academy & is passing on his teachings of the Shaolin culture.

In this very special episode, he talks about how he transformed his journey from being a football player to a Shaolin warrior, his practices of Kung Fu and martial arts, & the warrior and zen mentality that he was blessed with by learning for more than 4.5 years at the Shaolin Temple. We also cover the most fascinating thing which goes around how his day used to actually look like at the Shaolin temple. How much time was set for meditation? For physical fitness? For reading and learning & so much more. He also mentions the 3 C's of life (choices, chances & changes) that have made him take risks and always guided him in his path.
