Alright so I never thought I’d be making a video like this, since I’ve always been one to preach proper form and technique, but yesterday I was training biceps and I was trying to get a good video of me training to failure on the preacher curl machine and for some reason I had woke up that morning with a little tightness in my bicep so I should’ve known not to overwork it, but I’m stupid and one little mistake just cost me like a years worth of progress. So what happened was I was on the way down and all of sudden when I curled the weight up I struggled really really hard and I felt my bicep like explode and then eventually I got the weight up, nothing happened, stop training your biceps like a 🤡.
