Sigma males hardly ever rely on anyone for anything. They don't follow social norms because they are introverts. They are comparable to alphas, however, they don't stick with a group. They are known to be non-aggressive and socially reclusive. Simply put, they tend to prefer peace and serenity.

Working in the confines of any group slows them down. Hence, sigma males do not remain in groups long enough to be considered a part of them. They think working alone is the wiser course of action and that being part of a team or group comes with too many obligations and formalities that decrease efficiency. They are at the top of the pyramid with the alpha male. However, they prefer to not be part of the pyramid. They are the sort of men who don’t actively pursue women. They don’t have the time or patience for drama of any nature. Their life’s goal is to pursue their dreams and ambitions, without compromising on their efficiency as well as effectiveness as human beings. They believe in maximizing their potential and enhancing their capabilities, which is why they’re lifelong learners and pursuers of excellence.

In all of this, women are not their top priority, like it might be for other guys who actively pursue the women they like and are attracted to. This is why a sigma male never fights over women.
