Two weeks after Thane Police Anti-Extortion Cell arrested fugitive underworld don Dawood Ibrahim’s brother Iqbal Kaskar and two of his aides in connection with an extortion racket, a fresh case was registered against them at Thane Nagar police station for allegedly extorting Rs 3 crore from a prominent builder in north Mumbai.
