क्या होती है सरोगेसी ?
#सरोगेसी को साधारण शब्दों में किराए की कोख कहा जा सकता है जिसके जरिए कोई भी दंपति माता पिता का सुख हासिल कर सकते हैं...सरोगेसी के लिए सबसे पहले निसंतान दंपति को सरोगेसी के मान्यता प्राप्त मेडिकल क्लीनिक से संपर्क करके एक स्वस्थ महिला का चुनाव करना होता है...उसकी मेडिकल हिस्ट्री की जांच की जाती है..ये कार्यवाई करने के बाद इन विट्रो फर्टिलाइजेशन" (#आईवीएफ) तकनीक की मदद से माँ के अंडे को पिता के शुक्राणु के साथ लैब में निषेचित किया जाता है और निषेचित अंडे यानि भ्रूण को एक सरोगेट महिला के गर्भाशय में ट्रांसफर किया जाता है...इस तकनीक को ट्रेडिशनल सरोगेसी कहा जाता है..इसमें बच्चे के अंदर पिता के जेनेटिक गुण आते हैं...सरोगेसी का एक दूसरा तरीका भी है जिसे जेस्टेंशनल सरोगेसी कहते है..इसमें बच्चा चाहने वाली दंपति में पति के शुक्राओं को पत्नी के अंडाणुओं के एक साथ निषेचित कर सरोगेट मदर की कोख में प्लांट किया जाता है...9 महीने तक किराए की मां बच्चे को अपनी कोख में पालती है...भ्रूण बनने के बाद से लेकर शिशु के जन्म तक की देख-रेख उनकी निगरानी में होती है.. बच्चे के जन्म के बाद मेडिकल क्लीनिक निसंतान दंपति को बच्चा सौंप देता है और उसके बदले में सरोगेसी करने वाली महिला को एक तय कीमत दे दी जाती है...इस तरीके से बच्चा भले ही किराए की कोख में पलता हो लेकिन उसका जैनेटिक संबंध बच्चे के पिता से होता है...इसे दूसरे शब्दों में हम टेक्निकल एग्रीमेंट कह सकते हैं जो माता पिता और सरोगेट मदर के बीच होता है... बच्चे पर केवल माता-पिता का ही हक होता है। इस प्रक्रिया में माता-पिता को इंटेंडेड पेरेंट्स (Intended Parents) कहा जाता है और ये तीसरा प्रजनन पक्ष (Third Party Reproduction) कहलाता है।

In other words, we can call it a technical agreement which is between the parents and the surrogate mother… The child is entitled only to the parents. In this process, the parents are called Intended Parents and this is called Third Party Reproduction.
